We promise to do everything in our power to deliver you an order that exceeds your expectations. We will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your order.
A. Deposit / Payment Plan
Deposit is 1/2 down is required to confirm your order and reserve your place in my schedule. Monthly payment plan are available if payment plan is broken by nonpayment. Daily fee of $50 will be added to contract payment amount until paid in full. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your event. Deposits are Non-refundable due to other being turned away. Deposits are Non-refundable due the pandemic however orders can be transferred to another date with a 3 weeks’ notice. Account balance not paid by due date $300 or 30% whichever is greater will be added to account reminder balance.
We are only able to accept a limited number of orders per week and therefore operate on a first paid, first-served basis. We DO NOT hold dates on our calendar without a paid invoice/deposit or reservation fee.
Payments: Payments must be clear before "payment" is considered paid-in-full.
(Rush orders less than 10 days of the request event will incur a 20% fee.)
Once payment is received, any additional changes must be submitted via text or email and approved and may result in additional fees.
PLEASE NOTE Payment to FRCF serves as your agreement to the Policies, Terms, and Conditions I have set. In the event that you do break these terms and conditions, you agree to pay all costs associated with filing a civil class suit on my part.
Please keep in mind we typically book from 2 weeks to 12 months in advance. If you require a catering before then we will do our best to accommodate your request.
A. Session Fees
Client agrees to pay private chef a retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a 50% non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session. The session fee covers the time and talent of the chef.
B. Location Costs & Fees
With all private chef bookings, there is a COVID fee of $150 if we have to come into your home or Airbnb and or business. This entails our team will show up in the proper attire such as face mask gloves hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes ready to clean and sanitize any and everything we touch or use for our safety and yours. If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The chef will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location.The booking fee covers travel within 30 minutes of Atlanta, GA. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to additional charges. Also because of the business volume, Any time overage outside of the scheduled time in for your event event there is a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. This is in place so we can execute and plan accordingly for each client and booking scheduling properly.
